Before accessing or using the website of Serravalle Copper tubes srl (hereinafter "WEBSITE"), we require the visitor/user to carefully read the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter "Terms" and "Conditions") set out below. Access/use of the WEBSITE by the visitor/user constitutes a declaration and guarantee that they have the authority, right and capacity to accept the terms and conditions, as well as consent to be bound by such Terms, and if the visitor/user does not fully accept the terms, they are not authorized to access/use the WEBSITE.

1. Website

The WEBSITE is the exclusive property of Serravalle Copper Tubes S.r.l. (hereinafter "SCT") with registered office in Serravalle Scrivia (AL) and the assignment of the domain name has been formally obtained according to the methodologies and procedures in force at the time of the assignment request. The definition of WEBSITE also includes:

• Logos, illustrations, images, texts and descriptions, graphics, sounds, layout of the WEBSITE itself (hereinafter for brevity "Contents")
• Catalogs, photographs, videos, technical specifications, price lists, press releases and frequently asked questions (hereinafter for brevity "Documentation")

No part of the Site, no trademark, no content, logo, graphics, sound or image may be reproduced, retransmitted or otherwise used without the express consent of Serravalle Copper Tubes. The information contained in the site is for informational purposes only.

2. Terms and Conditions of Use of the WEBSITE

The visitor/user of the WEBSITE accepts without restrictions to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified below. If the visitor/user does not accept them or does not intend to be bound by them, they cannot access, use or download Contents and Documentation from the WEBSITE.

At any time SCT reserves the right to update or vary these Terms and Conditions of use, without any obligation of notice. In case of modifications to the Terms and Conditions, access to the WEBSITE implies the commitment to respect the Terms and Conditions as modified.

The visitor/user acknowledges that the WEBSITE may be subject to stops, slowdowns, or other interruptions for any reason and that SCT is not responsible to the visitor/user in case of unavailability of the WEBSITE. SCT cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy and constant timeliness.

The use of each product, described in this WEBSITE, presupposes a careful evaluation of the intended use, as well as the environmental and functional conditions in which the product will be installed. This evaluation must be made in the design phase and by competent personnel. It is informed that the descriptive images of the products, contained in the Site, represent only examples.

3. Data

Every reasonable effort has been made to insert accurate and up-to-date data in the WEBSITE. The data, documents and related graphics could however contain technical inaccuracies or errors. SCT nevertheless reserves the right to make, at any time and without any notice, corrections and/or changes to the data published in the WEBSITE and cannot be held responsible for lack of completeness, correctness and timeliness of the information provided in the WEBSITE itself. SCT will in no case be required to respond to particular direct, indirect or consequential damages, of any nature, arising from improper use of the data available in the WEBSITE. The use of the WEBSITE and any other connected to it will therefore be under the direct responsibility of the visitor.

4. Property Rights

All property rights relating to the WEBSITE, including Contents and Documentation, are the exclusive property of SCT and/or third parties. Certain pages of the WEBSITE are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and copyrights and with their publication SCT does not transmit any right on any of the contents of the WEBSITE. Reproduction, public communication, making available to the public, rental and lending, public performance, even partial, and distribution without the authorization of the rights holder is prohibited. Violations are subject to sanctions from the legislation in force regarding copyright protection L.633/1941 and subsequent amendments and additions.

5. Regime of use of materials published within the site and reproduction by third parties.

Access to the WEBSITE as well as related Contents and Documentation is permitted to the visitor/user exclusively for the purposes allowed by SCT and highlighted in the WEBSITE, which can only be consulted for personal use. It is strictly forbidden for the visitor/user to use or have third parties use the WEBSITE for commercial purposes; consequently any use for commercial purposes or economic exploitation by the visitor/user is absolutely prohibited as well as:

• modification of the WEBSITE
• behaviors that constitute an offense under current regulations, such as so-called computer crimes
• behaviors aimed at fragmenting parts of the WEBSITE to incorporate them into other third-party sites, to modify, copy, reproduce, make public, or transmit in any way the Contents and/or documentation in whole or in part

• collection through the WEBSITE of third-party information.

Through the links you leave this WEBSITE. The linked third-party sites are outside the control of SCT which is not responsible for the contents of such linked sites, nor for any of the links in turn contained in a linked site, nor for the modifications or updates of such sites. SCT is also not responsible for network transmissions or in any other form by any linked third-party site. The links are provided to the visitor exclusively for convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the related site by SCT. In particular, the information contained in the new chosen site may not conform to internal policies and the opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect the positions of SCT, nor are they endorsed by it.

7. Visits to the WEBSITE

Visits to the WEBSITE may be recorded. SCT will have the right to use such recordings for statistical evaluations, to ensure service continuity and to improve its website. Please do not use the service if you disagree with this practice.

8. Indemnity

The visitor/user undertakes to indemnify SCT, also exempting it from any liability, burden and expense (including legal ones), if they violate the Terms and Conditions of Use of the WEBSITE.

9. Liability Limits

In no case can SCT be held responsible for:

• Losses, direct or indirect damages arising from access and/or use of the WEBSITE
• any facts and/or damages caused by actions and behaviors promoted due to prohibited behaviors by the visitor/user and/or third parties.

10. Language of Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of the WEBSITE in Italian will govern the relationship between SCT and the visitor/user. The translation into other languages is provided to the visitor/user only for convenience and in case of contradictions between the Italian language version and the translation into another language, the Italian language version will prevail.

11. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

For information relating to the privacy management procedures adopted by SCT, the visitor/user is required to read the Privacy Policy in the "Privacy Policy" section. The latter is an integral and essential part of the Terms and Conditions of access/use of the WEBSITE. It is understood that access/use implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

12. Effects of Silence and Acquiescence.

The silence and acquiescence of SCT in case of any violations or derogations of the Terms and Conditions by the visitor/user have the value of mere tolerance without legal effects in favor of the Client.

13. Partial Nullity

Any section, paragraph, subdivision of these Terms and Conditions that is or becomes illegitimate, invalid or ineffective must be removed and considered ineffective within the limits of such illegitimacy, invalidity or ineffectiveness and must not in any way prejudice within the limits permitted by law the other Terms and Conditions that remain in force in all respects. Notwithstanding the above, the illegitimate, invalid or ineffective section, paragraph, subdivision, will be replaced with another suitable one that reflects as much as possible the intent of the original provision.

14. Entire Agreement

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between SCT and the visitor/user regarding access/use of the WEBSITE.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Alessandria to resolve any legal dispute arising from the aforementioned Terms and Conditions

16. Notices and Contacts

The visitor/user accepts that SCT communicates notices relating to the WEBSITE by publication on it. For any question or information regarding the WEBSITE, the visitor/user can access the "Contacts" section contained in the WEBSITE.
