During production, the pipe undergoes a chemical passivation and stabilization treatment that creates a protective barrier on the inner wall, preventing the release of residues and preserving water quality. The carbonaceous residue is < 0.06 mg/dm², well below the UNI EN 1057 limit, in accordance with European Directive 2020/2184/EU.

Stabilized polyvinyl resin sheathing with a star section absorbs thermal micro-dilatation (coeff. 0.0168 m/(m°C) and reduces the risk of impact damage. Limits the formation of moisture stains on the walls, improving hygiene and durability of the system.

Due to the in-line coating process, it offers above-average malleability. Proven bacteriostatic properties make it ideal for sanitary water networks, preventing the proliferation of bacteria such as Legionella. Gas impermeability also allows its use for liquid and gaseous fuels.

Particularly low eccentricity values ensure consistent geometry, which is essential for performing correct and reliable folding, reducing the risk of deformation or leakage.

It is the copper pipe manufactured according to EN 1057 coated during production with a special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) star sheath. Complies with Ministerial Decree 174/04 (G.U. 166, 17/07/04), which defines the conditions to which materials in contact with drinking water must comply. The original in-line coating process allows for superior malleability compared to similar products on the market, placing it at the top of its class. It has proven bacteriostatic properties, making it the particularly suitable material for sanitary water networks in order to prevent bacterial proliferation such as Legionellosis. Its absolute impermeability to gases also allows it to be used for transporting liquid and gaseous fuels. In addition, for the protection of the end consumer, in accordance with EU Regulation 305/2011 for Construction Products (CPR), copper tubes in accordance with EN1057 are CE marked. Further assurance of compliance with current regulations is provided by obtaining the UNI-IGQ quality mark.
Proven and guaranteed stabilized polyvinyl resin coating. Other specific benefits include: Special resin coating of stabilized PVC. Stellar section. Min. coating thickness: 1.5 mm (continuously checked by laser gauge). Sheath produced from premium-quality virgin granules. Excellent resistance to external chemicals. Ink marking every meter.
Seamless drawn copper tube, manufactured according to EN 1057, physical state annealed R220, phosphorus deoxidized Cu DHP (Cu + Ag: 99.90% min. - P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, pre-passivation treatment of the inner surface of the tube with carbon residue less than 0.06 mg/dm2, indelible marking every 60 cm with punching of the outer surface of the copper tube, coated during production with star-shaped PVC sheathing, RAL 7035 gray color, coating thickness 1.5 mm, ink marking on the outer surface of the sheathing with progressive metrication indication with SMISOL® Più mark.
