A comparative aging test performed over 6 years between SMISOL® Clim Platinum and a generic product shows that when the coating of the generic product is now extraordinarily worn and compromised, the coating of SMISOL® Clim Platinum is still perfectly intact.

Key Features
It is the copper pipe manufactured according to EN 12735-1 and is pre-insulated with closed-cell expanded polyethylene of regular and evenly distributed dimensions (EN ISO 1578). It is distributed in rolls. The diameter of copper pipe, as stipulated in EN 12735-1, is expressed in inches. The insulation sheathing is produced in full compliance with European Regulation REG. (EU) 2024/590, which requires the use of expanded insulation sheathing without the use of CFCs and HCFCs, gases that are harmful to health and the environment. The sheath thickness is also sized to meet the multiple requirements of this application area. In view of the special specificity of the field of use, special attention is paid to the outer polyethylene protective film aimed at preventing condensation on the outer wall of the product. SMISOL® Clim Platinum is also distinguished by particularly low eccentricity values, a feature that is very important for the cartoning operation.
